The EmployAbility Program

The EmployAbility program is an online job skills training program, specifically developed for people with physical disability who might need a bit more support on their journey to work.

You will be supported by an Employment Coach, who has lived experience of physical disability, through every stage of the online training program. Whilst on your journey your Employment Coach will also help you search for roles that you’re interested in. Once you have been placed in a role they will also continue to assist you post placement to ensure that your needs are met and you are happy in your new job.

The great thing about the program it that it’s FREE and can be completed online from the comfort of your home, anywhere in Australia.
