Supporting Individuals with TBI

Pilot program is ready to launch

Returning to work with TBI - Pilot Program

EmployAbility will now start to support individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) through our highly regarded Employment Program, by providing the skills and confidence required in returning to work.

This new TBI component has been developed to fill the gap, and further support individuals with a brain injury in having the capacity to return to some form of employment in the most accessible and supported way possible.

Our dedicated team of employment coaches, who have personal lived experience of disability and who understand the barriers faced each day living with a brain injury, will guide participants to complete our employment program and meet returning to work outcomes.

We aim for this to be a friendly, supportive and guided environment, in which participants will work through the program at a pace that suits them, offering the best opportunity to:

  • grow transferable skills
  • build a resume
  • develop confidence
  • and much more when it comes to returning to work.

And of course, the program remains free and participants will not need to be receiving any government benefits in order to undertake the program.

Our life changing TBI program is now ready to launch with LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE.
