BEC is about normalising disability in the workplace and creating pathways for employers through disability status initial assessments, disability awareness education workshops, inclusion workshops, mentoring, specialised recruitment services, and access to job-ready candidates with physical disability tailored to the needs of employers.    

Informed by SCIA’s lived experience disability, the program offers a practical, placement-led approach.

Post Placement refers to the service received after a candidate has been placed into a new role. Our own lived experience had taught us that this service was critical to a successful arrangement. This support aims to help both the employee and the employer and ensure a smooth transition into sustained employment.
