A comprehensive, end-to-end service that supports employers at every stage of the disability-inclusive employment process.
BEC is about normalising disability in the workplace and creating pathways for employers through disability status initial assessments, disability awareness education workshops, inclusion workshops, mentoring, specialised recruitment services, and access to job-ready candidates with physical disability tailored to the needs of employers.
Informed by SCIA’s lived experience disability, the program offers a practical, placement-led approach.
