Do you operate out of different states or territories?
Our head office is in Little Bay, in Sydney NSW and we have staff in additional areas of NSW, VIC and SA. We consider ourselves nationwide and help both employees and employers right across Australia. Our Employment Program is run online and can be accessed anywhere you have an internet connection.
What qualifies me to be a Job Seeker/Candidate?
EmployAbility helps anyone in Australia living with a physical disability and/or a TBI condition, who’s looking to improve their job search skills and/or look for job opportunities.

Can you provide any tips in developing my LinkedIn profile?
Having a strong presence on these platforms, in particular LinkedIn will be essential in ensuring you have a place to promote yourself during your job search journey.
To ensure you get the most out of your networking and social media opportunities follow these tips:
- Clear and up to date photo
- Add a banner (background) photo
- Open to work settings activated
- Use an elevator pitch for the “About” section
- Make sure your experience, education, and certifications are up to date.
- Add the relevant skills you used or gained for each experience.
- Include volunteering experience
- Start following businesses that you are interested in.
- Build your network and start leveraging your connections.
How long do the modules take to go through and implement into our organisations?
Usually, each workshop takes around a 1 –1.5 hours.
