Impact Snapshot (Jan – June 2025)

Snapshot of our impact results for Jan-June 2024

We are excited to share the results of our latest SCIA 6 monthly Impact Snapshot Report from 1st Jan – 30 June 2025.

Participants were asked to complete the impact survey before they started the EmployAbility program and after they completed the program.

A total of 88 participants completed the exit survey in the past 6 months.

Our Aim: EmployAbility program helps participant become more prepared for employment

Our Impact:

  • 94% of people say they now know how to find suitable jobs, compared to 40% at the start of the program.
  • At the start of the program, only 56% knew how to prepare for and handle an interview. After the completion of the program, 98% felt completely confident about the process.
  • 97% of participants now know their rights as a person with disability, compared to 33% in the beginning.

Congratulations to our Employment Coaches, and more importantly, to our candidates!

When you’re ready to start making a change, we are here to help support you.
