How to Become a Disability-Friendly Employer

How to Become a Disability-Friendly Employer

In this webinar, we’ll be sharing what employers need to consider ahead of hiring people with disability.

Discussion will focus on how to write inclusive job adverts, ensure accessible interviews and touch on the power of language.

We’ll also introduce some financial solutions to ensure funding is not a barrier to hiring a person with disability.

This webinar is facilitated by Phat Ngo, Program Manager at EmployAbility and Jemma Smyth, Head of People and Governance at Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (SCIA).
