From Program Participant to Presenter: Nabila Shines with Fairfield City Council

Nabila Blog

There are times, when as team, we like to take a moment to call out how amazing our candidates are.

We love a good success story, and today, we’re celebrating one of our brightest stars: Nabila!

If you’ve been following our journey, you might recognise Nabila from some of our EmployAbility program photos. She joined us as a participant in our Employment Program, where she brought energy, curiosity, and a drive to grow.

After completing the program, she continued her journey with us through our specialist recruitment service, where she successfully secured a role in hospitality.

And now, she’s taken another exciting step forward, working with Fairfield City Council as a presenter in this fantastic community video.

Seeing Nabila confidently represent her community and share her voice is exactly why we do what we do. Her journey is a powerful reminder of the impact that opportunity, support, and self-belief can have.

To Nabila: we are so proud of you! Your growth, your courage, and your commitment to making a difference inspire us all. We can’t wait to see what you do next!

To everyone else: if you’re wondering whether it’s possible to turn potential into progress, just look at Nabila.
