    IEA Employment consultant, please complete this form with your client.

    To be eligible for the program:

    • Must be living in Australia on permanent basis.
    • Have a permanent Physical Disability.

    You will need to be able to:

    • Have access to internet,
    • Join online meetings by Microsoft Teams,
    • Independently complete our online training modules,
    • Finish all 10 modules within a 6 month time frame (6mths from date of registration) 
    • NB: regular non-attendance may result in client exiting the program.
