Client Engagement Manager

Client Engagement specialist – Acusensus Sydney  

You’ll act as the primary relationship lead with a major NSW Government client, ensuring high-profile road safety programs run smoothly and meet contractual obligations 

Acusensus focuses on AI-powered road safety enforcement (mobile phone use, seatbelts, speeding) used by governments globally.  

 Key responsibilities 

  • Manage and grow the government client relationship 
  • Ensure program delivery meets KPIs and contracts 
  • Prepare reports, program plans, risk registers, and stakeholder updates 
  • Analyse data and translate findings into actionable insights 
  • Facilitate governance meetings and client forums 
  • Support tenders, contract renewals, and business development 
  • Identify and manage risks across operations 
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency Shape 

Ideal candidate 

  • Strong stakeholder management (especially government) 
  • Background in project/program management or operations 
  • Data analysis and reporting capability 
  • Ability to influence across internal teams 
  • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
