Celebrating Maz Fenwick’s IEP Member of the Month Recognition

Maz Fenwick receives IEP recognition as Member of the Month.

We are delighted to celebrate a significant achievement within the EmployAbility team, with our National Employer Engagement Manager, Maz Fenwick FIEP, recognised as the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP) Australia Member of the Month for March 2026.

This recognition reflects Maz’s outstanding contribution to the employability sector, particularly her work in building strong, impactful relationships between employers and people with disability.

Maz plays a vital role in supporting organisations to develop the confidence, knowledge and practical strategies needed to create more inclusive workplaces. Her work goes beyond advice; she actively helps shape environments where people with disability can thrive and succeed.

Known for her passion, authenticity and commitment, Maz continues to champion meaningful change across the sector, driving better outcomes for both employers and job seekers.

We are incredibly proud to see her work acknowledged by the IEP and congratulate her on this well-deserved recognition.
