EmployAbility’s free online program supports people with TBI to build practical skills and confidence for work.

Participants work with an Employment Coach who has lived experience of disability. Sessions are calm, flexible and tailored to each person, with rest breaks and adjusted pacing available.

The program supports participants to:

• explore their strengths and work preferences

• build a résumé

• develop transferable skills

• prepare for future work opportunities

Participants don’t need to receive government payments to join.
