The EmployAbility Program

EmployAbility are not just an employment service, assisting you to find a job. The EmployAbility program is an online job skills training program, specifically developed for people with physical disability who might need a bit more support on their journey to work.

You will be supported by an Employment Coach, who has lived experience of physical disability, through every stage of the online training program. They will also help you find a job and continue to assist you post placement.

The great thing about the program it that it’s FREE and is completed online from the comfort of your home anywhere in Australia.

Key Qualifications & Attributes: 

Our client is looking for someone with a minimum of two years of experience in a sales capacity within Australasia with a successful track record. Other key attributes include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business or Hospitality Management
  • Formal Sales Management training
  • Comprehension of Hotel systems and revenue management principles
  • Proactive approach to developing and maintaining strong relations with clients and stakeholders including customers’ senior management
  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
  • Strong presentation, commercial and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of new business hunting and strategies for key account management
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties to reflect well on the Hotel
  • Proven track record of results, stimulation of higher performance standards and vigorous pursuit of organizational and personal goals
