New Years Work Resolutions

New Year Work Resolution: What are your Inclusion Plans for 2026?

What’s on Your Inclusion To-Do List for 2026?

As the year winds down and meetings get moved to the after the break, here’s one question worth asking: What will your New Year Work Resolutions be?

We’ve got two suggestions to kickstart the conversation:

No more “Commitments without Cost Centres”
Saying “We value inclusion” means nothing if there’s no budget for reasonable adjustments, consultation, or accessible communications. Make it a priority and back it with real investment.

Data without Duty of Care? Not in 2026.
Collecting disability data for a dashboard without a clear purpose, safeguards, or action plan? That’s not progress, it’s a risk. Disclosure takes trust. If you’re asking for data, make sure it drives meaningful change and improves employee experience.

Because no one wants to be tolerated. People matter. Your staff matter.

So, what’s on your work list for the year ahead?

Or, if you’re ready to turn commitments into action, connect with us to explore lived experience-led training, with practical strategies for real change.
