About the Role

Reporting to the Image Review Team Lead, you will be responsible for examining data and images of drivers potentially committing driving offenses. Your meticulous attention to detail will be essential in confirming the details of each incident accurately. You will work collaboratively within a team, learning new processes, systems, and software to efficiently carry out your responsibilities.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Reviewing data and images of drivers to confirm the accuracy of reported driving offenses.
  • Adhering to structured processes and checklists to ensure consistent and accurate review.
  • Collaborating with team members to manage workload and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintaining a high level of concentration and attention to detail throughout repetitive tasks.
  • Participating actively in team meetings and contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Following safety standards and protocols while performing duties.
  • Actively participating in and completing ad-hoc activities and programs as required.

Key Qualifications & Attributes: 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data and image review.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Willingness to learn new processes, systems, and software.
  • Ability to maintain focus and concentration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and a strong sense of team spirit (You will communicate with key internal and external key stakeholders)
  • Prior experience in image reviewing or related fields is a plus, but not required.

These positions are ideally suited to applicants who have previous experience in an Administration/Clerical position and/or Records Management/Document Control position and/or Accounts Officer/Clerk position and/or Retail position.

Additional Selection Criteria includes:
● Sound technology skills – you’ll be used to being a confident user of technology who learns new applications and software quickly, integrating technology into your day-to-day to make things more efficient;
● Sound arithmetic and literacy skills.

NB: While remote work is the primary mode of operation, you may be required to attend training or team-building events in the ACT.
