Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level  to join our Shipping Logistics team. The successful candidate will assist in various logistics and administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of shipping processes.

Location: CBD Office in Melbourne. 4 days per week / 1 day WFH

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for shipping and logistics activities.

  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status.

  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless office requirements are met

Key Qualifications & Attributes: 

You will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or customer service is a plus but not required.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
