About the Role:

This role is in Sydney and will be predominantly desk-based. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Processing Mobile Speed Camera deployments
• Updating and maintaining relevant records and databases
• Contributing towards improvement in Pre-Verification strategies
• Processing reviews and escalations
• Participating in 1-to-1 mentoring and/or group training as required

Key Qualifications & Attributes:

• High level of attention to detail
• Technically proficient (or can quickly acquire technical proficiency
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
