We are now recruiting for the unique role of Guest Service Agent at one of the most prestigious hotels in the Hunter Valley, The Crowne Plaza.

We are looking for people who are charming, confident, and know what it takes to exceed guest expectations to join the Front Office Team as a Hotel Services Team Member (Part-Time).

Located in Lovedale, the heart of the Hunter vineyards, Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley is an 8-minute drive from Cessnock city centre, within an hour of the closest beaches in Newcastle, and 2-hours from bustling Sydney. The Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley provide magnificent resort accommodation for our valued guests.

Key duties and responsibilities

As a Hotel Services Team Member, you’ll be the person our guests rely on to handle their check in and check out, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

As the face of the hotel your presentation, local knowledge and ability to take ownership of any issue or request will be the key to creating a seamless experience for each guest.
