We have a great opportunity available for a part-time Accounts Clerk to join a large and reputable hotel chain based in Terrigal, Central Coast.

About the Role: 

This role is in Teggial Coast and is Full-Time. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Assisting in the timely banking of cash for the hotel
  • Ensuring adherance to the hotel’s credit policy
  • Reporting directly to the Director of Finance/Assistant Manager of Finance and Business Support on all matters pertaining to credit and collection of guest and city ledger accounts
  • Implement, maintain and ensure adherence to cashiering procedure as per the hotel’s policies
  • Make ethical decisions with transparent reasoning
  • Ensure all invoices have the appropriate documentation attached and approvals prior to processing and process all invoices and statements
  • Calculate travel agent commissions
  • Check numerical accuracy and invoices

Key Qualifications & Attributes: 

Our client is looking for someone with strong arithmetic accuracy. Other key attributes include: 

  • Good attention to detail
  • Great work ethic and a can-do attitude
  • Self-starter who can work independently
