Supporting Individuals with TBI
Pilot program coming soon.
Returning to work with TBI - Pilot Program
With our pilot program set to begin in late 2025, EmployAbility will also start to support individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) through our high regarded Employment Program with providing the skills and confidence in returning to work.
This new TBI component is being developed to fill the gap and further support individuals with a brain injury in having the capacity to return to some form of employment in the most accessible and supported way possible.
Our dedicated team of employment coaches, who have personal lived experience of disability and who understand the barriers faced each day living with a brain injury, will guide participants to complete our employment program and meet return to work outcomes.
We aim for this to be a friendly, supportive and guided environment, in which participants will work through the program at a pace that suits them, offering the best opportunity to:
- grow transferable skills
- build a resume
- develop confidence
- and much more when it comes to returning to work.
And of course, the program remains free and participants will not need to be receiving any government benefits in order to undertake the program.
If you would like to be notified when our life changing TBI program is ready to launch, please provide your details. We will keep you updated.
