About the Role
Under the day-to-day direction of the Pre-verification Lead, the Pre-verifier is responsible for:
- the ongoing high-quality processing of Mobile Speed Camera deployments;
- updating deployment and other record keeping to a high standard in a timely manner;
- providing feedback to the Pre-verification Lead on issues that need further investigation.
The Pre-verifier works within the Pre-verification Team, which encompasses the Pre-verification function in varying levels of complexity depending on the client and jurisdiction.
The Pre-verifier understands the key pre-verification metrics to be delivered and will work with the Pre-verification Team, available resources and, as required, other internal teams to efficiently process Mobile Speed Camera deployments.
Internal team harmony is an important consideration in the overall Pre-verification function.
This role is Casual, Work From Home role, based in WA.
Must be able to work weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process Mobile Speed Camera deployments of varying complexity depending on the client and jurisdiction.
- Accurately update and maintain relevant records and databases.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of changes in deployment processing methodology.
- Actively contribute toward improvement in Pre-verification methodologies by providing regular feedback to the Pre-verification Lead on performance and issues encountered through Pre-verification processes.
- Process Reviews and Escalations in a timely manner as instructed by the Pre-verification Lead or Pre-verification Team Leader.
- Actively participate in 1-on-1 mentoring and/or group training as required, or as directed by the Pre-verification Lead.
- Actively participating in and completing ad-hoc activities and programs as required.
- You are required to comply with our clients established policies, procedures and management systems that align and are compliant with; ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO/IEC 270001 (Information Security Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).
