ABOUT THE ROLE:
Location: Hybrid. WFH Greenwich based Role
Employment basis: Full time.
The Role The Credit Officer’s primary focus will be to manage a large portfolio of credit accounts, conducting credit analysis, and implementing collection strategies.
The ideal candidate will resolve inquiries whilst providing outstanding customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES FOR THE ROLE ARE;
- Maintain and update clients records in required systems.
- Manage weekly invoicing of clients as well as client invoicing liaison including the follow up of outstanding invoices.
- Proactively communicating with clients to discuss funding allocation to cover services booked with Hireup.
- Manage reconciliation of payments and investigate discrepancies.
- Liaise with third party providers (Plan Managers) daily to resolve outstanding invoices.
- Collaborate internally with the service team to resolve disputes.
- Work with the NDIS to resolve payment issues and errors, as they arise Your Background
TO BE A SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL;
- Experience in an accounts receivable or similar role and having managed a large portfolio is desirable.
- Experience providing exceptional customer service with the ability to think on your feet and provide great solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is essential
